Data processed

The website does not use advertising, profiling or marketing trackers. The hosting provider may process technical server logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser and security information, for service delivery, cybersecurity, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, organisation if provided, email address, selected area of interest, message content, submission time and limited technical data used to protect the form from abuse. The form does not request attachments and the submitted data are not used for marketing.

When you contact us directly by email, we process the sender's address, message content, attachments and subsequent correspondence.

Purposes and legal bases

• Website and contact-form operation, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest and service necessity.
• Responding to enquiries and managing possible pre-contractual, institutional or project-related communications: steps taken at the data subject's request and legitimate interest, as applicable.

Retention

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's documented security and service settings. Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are retained only as long as necessary to manage the enquiry, any subsequent project relationship, legal obligations and defence of claims.
